Version 1.29.0 – Heat Loss Calcs, Heating Equipment & More!

In this week’s product update, h2x has added immense value to our users with the addition of building heat loss calculations (for sizing mechanical HVAC systems) and a wide range of heating equipment.

Major Updates:

Building Heat Loss Calculations

h2x will now calculate the heat loss through your building.

Draw rooms, windows, and doors, and choose from a range of CIBSE defaults for temperatures, air changes, materials, etc.

You will then receive the kW load which will inform your system sizing.

New Heating Equipment

You can now choose from a default range of heating equipment rather than making your own using the ‘Heat Source’.

This makes designing faster and easier!
